It is easy to use and setup once you know how.
There is plenty of help although sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for.

Support is great but can be too slow at times
When you have a problem with a booking or a sync issue. You need help immediately. And this is not available. The live chat was great but has been removed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
