"Smokeball is Life Changing. Once You Use It You Can't Practice Without It!"

What do you like best about Smokeball?

I honestly don't know how we ever lived without it. Amazing practice management; fabulous support; and the integration with our Court's e-filing system makes everything so easy. The case workflows are life changing and the passive billing/time capture really helps me determine whether the flat fees I charge are reasonable based on the amount of time spent. What do you dislike about Smokeball?

There isn't much to dislike - it's a great program - but I'm not a huge fan of their new A/I assistant yet. I haven't found it as useful as I would like it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Complete practice management in one place! Case management, meeting deadlines; e-filing and integration so all filed docs are saved into Smokeball. The billing/passive tracking is fabulous. We don't "forget" to bill emails, phone calls, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
