Good experience overall - the receptionists do a good job of identifying themselves and following the questions that I have asked them so sort through. On the occasions where there is a missed expectation, their follow through and correction has been great. The dashboard is good for setting vacations, changing office hours. Plays nicely with my Clio software. The reports of calls are usually pretty swift, arriving via email within a couple of minutes.
