What do you like best about Smile.io?

What I like best about Smile.io is the flexibility and control it gives me as a small business owner. At Zakat Fragrances, we can customize our loyalty program to reflect how we want to treat our customers.

One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to let our customers' reward points remain available without expiration dates. I believe customers should be able to use the points they've earned when they're ready, not when someone else decides they should.

You never know someone's financial situation, and I appreciate having a rewards program that allows us to put our customers first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smile.io?

At this time, I haven't experienced any major issues with Smile.io. The platform meets the needs of my business, and I appreciate the flexibility it provides. As with any software, there is always room for improvement, but I don't currently have any significant complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smile.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smile.io helps Zakat Fragrances manage our customer loyalty and rewards program without having to create a system from scratch. It gives us a way to show appreciation to our customers and encourage them to return.

As a small business owner, I want my customers to feel valued, not pressured. Smile.io allows us to customize our rewards program, including letting customers keep their earned points without expiration dates.

The biggest benefit is being able to build customer relationships while maintaining control over how our rewards program operates. I believe customer loyalty should be earned through appreciation, fairness, and good service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
