As a non-tech-savvy person, it was very easy to set up and get running on my website. I like the helpful prompts, inviting me to use more features - some things I didn't even think about, like my customers having access to their points balances. The instruction videos are very helpful, too. My customer retention rate has increased since using Smile.io, and it's made starting and growing an email list very easy. I like the fact that it comes with a free plan, which was one of the reasons I went with Smile.io, as there was very little money in the business when I started out, but the cost of upgrading is very affordable, with many more great features when you do so. I also like the information on the dashboard, giving me great insights into my ever-increasing CLV, redemption rate and more. I would highly recommend Smile.io to anyone, whether they are an established business or a startup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside to Smile.io is that the insights into customer engagement and program performance are only available on a paid plan.
