1. Very easy to use, and easy to make the changes in the flows of the chatbot

2. Cost-friendly for Startups as well

What do you dislike about SmatBot?

Didn't find anything which can be disliked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmatBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an NGO, Smatbot help us with easy WhatsApp chatbot conversation with the new joiners, help people to know more about the NGO and there is less manpower used in this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
