Their APIs and results are intuitive to understand and provide developers flexibility for any database or architecture that their enterprise uses. Responses are lightning fast, and I've only noticed the service down once in the 1.5 years we have used Smarty services. Their data is the backbone of a growing initiative to unify addresses across our massive organization, and we definitely made the right choice, one that will fit well in each stage of this long-term project.
