if a guests backs out, we cannot delete their waiver and get a credit for the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Smartwaiver:

The software is extremely easy to use. Smartwaiver is working on multiple languages for your waivers if you have them to integrate. The ease of use and ability to have guests fill out their waivers while they are on their way to our office or prior to arrival is a bonus. being able to see the waiver was completed in our reservation system without having to be in smartwaiver is a time saver. What problems is Smartwaiver solving and how is that benefiting you?
