What do you like best about Smartwaiver?

Smartwaiver is easy to use and provides multiple payment options that are prorated - big plus for our seasonal business. Since we are only open for about a quarter of the year, it's important to not be locked into a regular monthly fee for a service like this. We can adjust our plan daily, if needed, to upgrade or downgrade as necessary. This is particularly helpful in the off months when we're closed and don't need extra expenses, but may have a random need here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartwaiver?

So far I don't dislike anything about Smartwaiver. It is easy to use and has great payment options. The only complaint our clients have ever had while filling out the waiver in-person, is it takes a few minutes ... but I think that's due to the lengthy details specific to our business and not Smartwaiver itself. Smartwaiver is a great choice. It's easy for both you and the client to navigate and offers multiple payment options. I particularly like that we're not locked into the same price all year long. What problems is Smartwaiver solving and how is that benefiting you?
