Smartwaiver is easy to use and provides multiple payment options that are prorated - big plus for our seasonal business. Since we are only open for about a quarter of the year, it's important to not be locked into a regular monthly fee for a service like this. We can adjust our plan daily, if needed, to upgrade or downgrade as necessary. What do you dislike about Smartwaiver? So far I don't dislike anything about Smartwaiver. It is easy to use and has great payment options. The only complaint our clients have ever had while filling out the waiver in-person, is it takes a few minutes ... but I think that's due to the lengthy details specific to our business and not Smartwaiver itself. It's easy for both you and the client to navigate and offers multiple payment options. I particularly like that we're not locked into the same price all year long. Our business provides clients with expensive rental gear for (what's considered) a high-risk activity.... so having a waiver keeps us and the clients protected and informed of what to expect.
