What do you like best about SmartShield?

The best part of smartshield is being able to run various IT tasks for multiple departments all in one software. It was fairly easy to implement, and incorporate various responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartShield?

I'd like to be able to do certain customizations and at the moment those features are not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
