What do you like best about Smartsheet?

The user experience is simple to follow. The ease with which we can quickly collaborate across teams, send reminders, approval workflows, or alerts is super easy to set up and manage. Our teams continue to expand the use of Smartsheet throughout the enterprise. In Corporate finance, we continue to find benefits that are helping eliminate manual/tedious processes and add automation and controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The ability to have "tabs" in a smart sheet; however, I know this is a future rollout, so our team is extremely happy about this addition.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We leveraged Smartsheet for our HR teams to take in requests for job postings that we could easily establish the workflow and then leverage reports to share specific data with the divisions

We leverage Smartsheet for cutover plans, hypercare logs, RAID logs

We leverage Smartsheet for bank account opening/closing requests and tracking

We leverage for our System Integration and User Acceptance testing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
