What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet is easy to configure and excels at creating repeatable, scalable processes. The platform is backed by excellent learning resources through Smartsheet University and an outstanding Community where users can ask questions, share solutions, and learn from one another. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet offers strong process management capabilities, but it lacks some features that users of Excel and Microsoft Project may consider standard. Common requirements often require workarounds, add-ons, or third-party solutions. Reporting can be more complex than expected, and product enhancements do not always keep pace with customer requests.
