What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I love the ease of use with smartsheet, the software itself is intuitive and has so many different capabilities. Smartsheet themselves also have provided us with a customer success manager who has always helped when I needed. They also have a very active online community for any immediate questions. Smartsheet wants to help implement smartsheet so much within other departments at my company that they have offered to fly 2-3 people out to our location for a day to help us at no charge to us. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The only thing I dislike is I don't have the ability to merge cells. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The project management aspect is great, I can work with people internally. We have transitioned our maintenance request over to smartsheet and it has helped the supervisor know what tasks are needing to be assigned and the timeline for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
