To be able to control back end spreadsheet style workflow with intergrated forms that I can send to end users is brilliant. To be able to populate entirely spreadsheets from external data this easily is a dream and to then be able to easily present that date in different formats. Further being able to automate actions sets it apart from other spreadsheet style products I have previously used. The product so far has been fast and reliable. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** The learning curve is steep, the university courses do help with this but figuring out all the things the program is capable of and how to best intergrate that into my work flow has taken a lot of time, largely due to just how much you can actually do with it. **What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to automate data gathering and and then automate responses/workflows based on the dataset gathered. It is a very slick and streamlined way of handling complex tasks across the organisation where multiple people need to be working on the same projects collectively. ### 2. It's also very user-friendly and quite easy to learn, which I really appreciate. The community blog creates a lot of use cases and helps a lot. Keeping all my data in one place with different views for different users is extraordinary. Having all the HR data and automation in Smartsheet for tasks like HR training is great. The ease of invoicing and sharing schedules with clients and subcontractors via Smartsheet is also very beneficial. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** I would like to have a bit more flexibility on the editable side - meaning the colors we can use, the fonts, etc. **What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Smartsheet centralizes data storage while allowing tailored views for users, which is crucial for managing HR data, projects, and client schedules. We are in the process of integrating it to other tools we used on our day to day basis, its been greate to keep our heavy workloads separate and not feel as overwhelm as before when we didnt had so its been reliable, i feel like its been worthy to get the program, also is easier for our trainees to understand the program i havent really use much out of the Artificial intelligence just yet but im pretty sure we can attach it to our new updated reports system the few time i have used it it its been pretty straight foward and easy to read **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** The only thing I dislike is that we can’t change the theme to a darker color. **What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped us keep track of our projects in one place and also has been easier to set formulas to have it in different report projects ### 6. What I like most is that it's easy to update. The project plan is clear, and I like how you can click to expand or minimize project phases. The color coded financial agenda is really helpful. I also switched from Excel because I wanted a dashboard feature and to be able to tag people in tasks, which Smartsheet gives me. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** {"I don't like that Smartsheet doesn't auto-save; sometimes I close the tab without pressing the save button.","It's happened once or twice and I've learnt it the hard way to always press save.","I found it actually quite challenging to learn all the different features and what each tab leads to. The flexibility of Smartsheet is its biggest strength, allowing for customization in project management, PMO governance, task tracking, and business process automation. It's simple and easy to implement, with great integration capabilities that I really like. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** Certain administrative and reporting functions could be more intuitive. Sometimes it can be slow when handling large data. I like that I can set a timer, but I can also just manually add the hours I work. When I'm working on a project, I can easily start a timer and then work on that specific project, and when I'm done, I stop the timer, so the time gets tracked perfectly and easily in my account and profile. Most of the time I choose to add the time manually, but when there's a quick change of request from a client or a quick change on a project, I can just hop on and use the timer in those cases. The initial setup was very easy and very easy to understand, and I'm very used to using it every day, so I like Smartsheet. It's so much better than the previous product we used, it's easier and more user friendly. With Smartsheet, teams can log their time easily and managers can approve it faster and more efficiently. I can check my time from previous weeks, my manager can approve my time very easily, and I get an email every time it's approved or if there are any issues so I can solve that very quickly. I'd give it a solid 8.5. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** I would like it to be easier for me to add projects from previous week and have things set up as usual, like my lunchtime, for example. Every day, I take exactly one hour for lunch, and I would like to have that set up for every week automatically, and so I don't have to do it every week.","The projects that I work at changed the name increasingly, by the numbers. This week I will work in project one. Next week I will work in project one and two. Then the next week I will be working in projects two and three and so on. I would like that to be populated automatically so I don't have to be doing that repeatedly every week.","There is a button in my profile to add projects from previous weeks, so I can kind of, like, do it in a way, but it's not quite the same because I still need to be adding the next project for the week and then one row for the previous projects. It's not gonna be since I'm not gonna work in that for this week. **What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Smartsheet to log my time for the week. It makes it very easy to log time for the different projects I work on. I can set a timer or just manually add my hours, and the time gets tracked easily in my profile. I like the way it is organized. It's really useful to assign tasks to a person and to track the status of different tasks. I like the access you can give to a person. The history of every cell is a really good feature, so you can view what was written into single cells in the past. I also like the feature to highlight the cells that have changed from a certain date, and the possibility to have automation. The initial setup was really easy, and there was also good support from the Smartsheet team. **What do you dislike about Smartsheet?** {"I don't see anything that can be particularly improved.
