What do you like best about Smartsheet?

What I like most about Smartsheet is the flexibility. I can use it for operational tracking, planning, reporting and follow-up actions in one place. It is easy to share updates with the team, assign responsibilities and keep deadlines visible. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Some of the more advanced features are not always intuitive at first, especially when working with complex formulas, automations or reporting. It can take some time to understand how everything connects. For certain detailed calculations, Excel can still feel faster and more flexible. What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet helps us keep operational tasks, follow-up actions and reporting in one place instead of using several separate files and trackers. It gives better visibility of responsibilities, deadlines and current status, which makes it easier to follow progress and identify open actions.
