What do you like best about Smartsheet?

The endless automation possibilities and the ability to have our entire team working together in one place. We can build custom workflows to suit how our business operates, automate repetitive tasks, send notifications and keep everyone up to date without constantly chasing information. It's incredibly flexible, and we're always finding new ways to use it to make our processes more efficient. Having everything centralised has made a big difference to how our team works together. What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

We'd love to see an easier way to migrate our existing data from the US servers to the Australian servers without having to rebuild everything. Also, loading times when opening sheets can sometimes be a little slow, particularly with larger sheets. Improving these two areas would make an already great platform even better. What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet has become a central part of how we manage our business. We use it to organise management meetings, track action items, and ensure tasks are followed through and completed on time. It's made our meetings more productive and helped improve accountability across the team. We also use Smartsheet extensively for accounting workflows, particularly invoice processing and approvals. More recently, we've integrated OpenAI into our sheets, which has allowed us to automate a lot of repetitive processes and eliminate a significant amount of manual data entry.
