What do you like best about Smartsheet?

The time saved with automations and transparency of information across multiple teams. The introduction of the AI tool saved me and my team even more time when creating dashboards, graphs, reporting in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

There are some limitations, for example: when an external stakeholder receives an alert/ticket number, they can reply to the email and the email goes straight to the sheet owner. This is not practical in companies where there are limited licenses and the sheet owner is not who will be dealing with the external stakeholder. Another limitation is how much editing can be done to customize a form, we would like to have more flexibility with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

One problem they solved recently that has helped me a lot was the Column Link to another sheet. So basically in the past I was writing the same content in dropdown columns over and over again. If there was an update, I needed to go in each of the sheets and update them individually. Now, I keep one source and link the other sheet columns into that one, and it's updated automatically.
