It is easy to implement within the organisation and provides seamless connectivity with the clients. The application is user friendly also the ui is great like dashboards is easy to understand. It is easily accessible on the smartphones to check and review the document management. The ease of integration with the other platforms like Microsoft office adds a cherry on the cake. Overall a great crm and document management software i have used. **What do you dislike about SmartOffice?** So far i have not encountered any problem. It is a great and useful software. Once you get all the data in the software it is not easy to get out.
