What do you like best about Smartly?

Clean and easy to use interface along with cool creative template/iteration tools. Lots of tools to explore in terms of creative optimization and scaling. There are lots of things for us to test to enhance our Facebook creative and also to help streamline our uploading and iterative processes. We're still exploring and learning how the tool can be used. The team is also very helpful in brainstorming strategies and analyzing results to help drive the most value possible out of the learning and testing phase of the platform. We're hoping to scale it to our larger sites with more conclusive results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartly?

Some read-me's are out of date and not all are effective in teaching what the tool is used for. The templates have mixed results so far in testing so its hard to confirm results and scale out to our larger budget sites. Some Smartly only features can cause issues with ads manager and wouldn't be able to cross transfer back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Smartly:

Definitely a very cool tool and platform to enhance FB marketing campaigns. There's other providers out there but Smartly can do it all and has a very strong team behind them that keeps things up to date and is always at the front in new technologies and FB updates.
