What do you like best about Smartlook?

- easy installation

- can record user activity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartlook?

- can not link data to the user during the trial period or in free plan (but creates an internal user profile, just do not allow you to link data, and you have to do this manually)

- heatmaps just do not work, and you have to contact support to know what this time happened

- recorder does not distinguish mouse or keyboard interactions

- support is not helpful at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
