What do you like best about Smartlead?

What I like best is that Smartlead scales with an agency setup. We run cold email for several B2B clients at once, and being able to connect unlimited mailboxes, split them by client and keep warmup running in the background saves us a lot of manual work. The API and CLI are the real reason we stayed: almost everything we do, from creating campaigns and pushing sequences to swapping out burned mailboxes and pulling daily send counts, runs through scripts instead of clicking through the UI. The AI reply categorization is also a big help, because it sorts out-of-office and auto-replies from real responses so we only look at the conversations that matter. And the unified inbox across all clients means nobody on our side has to log into 40 different mailboxes to catch a positive reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartlead?

What problems is Smartlead solving and how is that benefiting you?

It lets us send at volume without putting deliverability at risk. We spread sending across lots of domains and mailboxes, so if one gets flagged, the campaign keeps running. And since most of the setup work is automated through the API, our team spends its time on targeting and copy instead of admin. That means we can take on more clients without hiring more people.
