What I like most about Smartlead is that it makes running cold email at scale feel surprisingly simple.
I’m usually managing multiple campaigns, offers, audiences, sequences and sending accounts at the same time, so I need a platform that gives me control without adding unnecessary complexity.
From sender rotation and custom fields to the master inbox and campaign analytics, everything I need is in one place.
I’ve used a lot of outbound tools, but Smartlead lets me spend less time managing the software and more time actually thinking about the strategy, testing new angles and generating opportunities.
For someone who runs outbound every day, that’s probably the biggest compliment I can give a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t much I genuinely dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say the platform has a lot of features, so when you first start using it, it can take a little time to discover everything and build the workflow that works best for you.
I’d also love to see even more advanced reporting and campaign comparison options as the platform evolves, especially for people managing multiple campaigns at scale.
But neither has been a major issue for me or stopped me from using Smartlead as part of my regular outbound stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
