What do you like best about SmartHub App?

What do you dislike about SmartHub App?

I didn't like the update to the usage graphs. While they were more visually pleasing it made changing the parameters and seeing the information I needed much more difficult as an employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using this app helps you to learn what's normal usage for you. This helps you know when your usage is high what might be causing it which will help you to fix the issue or change the behavior before you have a high bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartHub App solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartHub can help you to see when and how much usage is changing to help identify possible problems based on what the user can confirm they were doing at the time. You might find that their high usage coincides with when they do laundry, or had company over. You can see the spikes in energy and it helps users understand their bill in a very real way.
