I like that you can also have text variations and that you can recycle material. I enjoy that you can schedule posts for specific times and days, which saves me time. Having it all in one platform is better because it lets me and my team preview the material before it gets posted, which leads to more customer satisfaction. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Posting to Facebook, sometimes it gives an error that there has to be two lines of space between the words or between the paragraphs. And it's not clear how to fix that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I still don't know what causes the error and that has made me miss out on posting on Facebook. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmarterQueue lets me schedule posts across multiple platforms, saving time from manual posting and streamlining content planning for clients. ### 2. SmarterQueue allowed me to build my business Facebook page and keep my audience engaged while still having to work a full time job. The scheduler allowed me to set up (and recycle) posts so I could focus on finding pockets of time to build my online business. Thanks to SmarterQueue (and of course persistence) my FB page has continued to grow and in 2022 I was able to leave my job and work for myself at home. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Although I would still 10/10 recommend SmarterQueue, I do have a hard time navigating the site and finding different spots. (Where to "pause" the queue or where to set up new posts, etc.) **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to set up monthly categories that I can use year after year and I can easily add to those each year. I also love the recycling feature that reposts for me after a specified time (that I can set). ### 3. And, then there's the Evergreen feature, which is why I was drawn to Smarterqueue, but this is very much not the only thing they do. I really liked the daily tips to get started and the timely response from the help team. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Only being able to set a pattern of posts over 1 week feels a bit contraining as I don't want to overwhelm my clients by posting too much, but I did want 5 categories to start with. In the end I've gone with 3 and it's working OK at the moment. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find it so much easier to just drop post content into a continuous feed without having to think what day and time to schedule it at. And then I can add in and tweak the timings once there in. It's actually getting me to post regularly, which I've never managed before. ### 4. If I would improve on anything it would probably be a cleaner way to see the queue and the scheduling but I am not sure how to make that happen. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves my problem of posting content on a regular basis. The biggest things are the ability to analyze every part of the engagement, the ability to make posts evergreen, the ability to categorize post types and then create a specific schedule that will fill the specific post type category as they're queued, the wide selection of social media outlets, and being able to curate content to schedule to share from outside sources. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** It's competitively priced, but it is at the higher end. However, for what it does, it can easily make up for the cost in the value of time saved. There isn't much I don't like about SmarterQueue, I've been using it since it was in beta and it was extraordinary even then. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** You definitely want to take advantage of all the features, but there are a lot so taking it one feature at a time as to not get overwhelmed! **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily being able to create and share content to every social media channel my business is on with the exception of tiktok. Gone are the days of having to figure out generic copy that fits the genre of each platform since there's the option to edit the copy for any individual channel you're posting to. I can easily schedule out an entire month's worth of social media in less than an hour. I then had a follow-up call with Vlad from SmarterQueue, and he was so helpful and gave me some great tips to ensure I use all of the features available to me. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** I don't have any dislikes about SmarterQueue. I am not currently using it to its full potential because I haven't dedicated enough time for batching my social media content, but I am looking forward to planning my content and then transferring it all over to SmarterQueue to take care of the posting schedule. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** If you use most of the Social Media channels, I would recommend SmarterQueue to make your life easier. It would be more beneficial if you have a variety of content to post when setting up your account because you will get the breathing space needed to create more and batch your content in advance, so you are always one step ahead. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmarterQueue allows me to have an overview of my channels and cross-post my content. I was able to figure out all of the steps and functionality, but the process wasn't easy. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing and posting to a dozen different social media accounts is very time-consuming, and SQ streamlines it very well.
