What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

I've been using Smarterqueue for about a year, and have become a big fan. Not only is the software easy to set up and use, but the customer service is very responsive and welcomes feedback. "SmarterQueue helped me build my at home business and leave my day job!"

What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

I have been with SmarterQueue since January 2017! SmarterQueue allowed me to build my business Facebook page and keep my audience engaged while still having to work a full time job. The scheduler allowed me to set up (and recycle) posts so I could focus on finding pockets of time to build my online business. Thanks to SmarterQueue (and of course persistence) my FB page has continued to grow and in 2022 I was able to leave my job and work for myself at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?

Although I would still 10/10 recommend SmarterQueue, I do have a hard time navigating the site and finding different spots. (Where to "pause" the queue or where to set up new posts, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wow, what a great way to do schedule, it's actually made me do it after years of struggling!"

What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

It's really intuative, and has loads of handy features that make it so easy to bring content in from other places include analysis of what works on my accounts.

And, then there's the Evergreen feature, which is why I was drawn to Smarterqueue, but this is very much not the only thing they do.

What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?

Only being able to set a pattern of posts over 1 week feels a bit contraining as I don't want to overwhelm my clients by posting too much, but I did want 5 categories to start with. In the end I've gone with 3 and it's working OK at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

I love that I create the content once and it is rescheduled automatically so that my content gets shared automatically many times and that I can create multiple posts from the same content to give it variety. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to dislike. If I would improve on anything it would probably be a cleaner way to see the queue and the scheduling but I am not sure how to make that happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the Most Powerful Social Media Tools I've Used"

What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

There are so many features that make Smarterqueue stand above the rest. The biggest things are the ability to analyze every part of the engagement, the ability to make posts evergreen, the ability to categorize post types and then create a specific schedule that will fill the specific post type category as they're queued, the wide selection of social media outlets, and being able to curate content to schedule to share from outside sources. What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?

It's competitively priced, but it is at the higher end. However, for what it does, it can easily make up for the cost in the value of time saved. There isn't much I don't like about SmarterQueue, I've been using it since it was in beta and it was extraordinary even then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You definitely want to take advantage of all the features, but there are a lot so taking it one feature at a time as to not get overwhelmed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easily being able to create and share content to every social media channel my business is on with the exception of tiktok. Gone are the days of having to figure out generic copy that fits the genre of each platform since there's the option to edit the copy for any individual channel you're posting to. I can easily schedule out an entire month's worth of social media in less than an hour. After struggling to find a social media manager who could even maintain the engagement and growth I get when I handle it myself, SmarterQueue was a much more affordable option and it allows me to keep my social media copy in my own voice. I don't have any dislikes about SmarterQueue. I am not currently using it to its full potential because I haven't dedicated enough time for batching my social media content, but I am looking forward to planning my content and then transferring it all over to SmarterQueue to take care of the posting schedule. If you use most of the Social Media channels, I would recommend SmarterQueue to make your life easier. It would be more beneficial if you have a variety of content to post when setting up your account because you will get the breathing space needed to create more and batch your content in advance, so you are always one step ahead. What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

"I post - even when I forget!"

What do you like best about SmarterQueue?

The help by chat & email is excellent. Most recently, I was confused about queueing on 2 different profiles but Waqar sent me a Loom video - not a generic one but on my own dashboard so it was very easy to understand & rectify.

It's super easy to create posts & make it longer by adding words to images or videos and links too.

And the posting plan & queueing is genius - now I post even when I don't due to the recycling option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?

So far, I haven't found any negatives though am yet to work out whether using any kind of scheduling tool affects the algorithms & how many people see my posts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
