What do you like best about Smarter Contact?

What I like most about Smarter Contact is how quickly I can test a new market. If I find an area I like, I can start reaching property owners that same day and get real feedback almost immediately, rather than waiting weeks for mail to hit. The platform is easy to learn, and the ROI has exceeded every other form of outreach I’ve used in my land business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smarter Contact?

One small issue I’ve run into is accidentally deleting seller information when I’m trying to copy it. It would be helpful to have some type of protected edit button, so the information can’t be changed or deleted unless you intentionally enter an edit mode. What problems is Smarter Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes it easy for me to manage outreach across multiple markets. I can use different phone numbers for different areas, test new markets quickly before committing to more expensive forms of marketing, and easily go back and review previous campaign performance.
