What do you like best about Smarter Contact?

The automation workflow and how easy the system and smooth clean transitions and very user friendly. I like the integration of being able to schedule. The performance is great, the price is cheap, and you get what you pay for. The support team, like Gaea, has been super helpful and replies fast. I haven't used much of the AI but looking forward to it. The AI is great and helps make things flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smarter Contact?

Sometimes it takes a while to set up campaigns and it do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smarter Contact solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is maxing out my campaigns and being able to handle bottlenecks of marketing. We use Smarter Contact at Cook Capital to reach vacant landowners and manage their replies. Having campaigns, conversation history, and scheduled follow-ups in one place helps us organize outreach and plan ahead. We’re still early in using the platform, so we don’t yet have reliable results for improvements in reply rates or closed deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
