What do you like best about Smarter Contact?

I love that Smarter Contact has a great platform and is easy to navigate. It's really good at helping me reach more people through text, which is a great opportunity to get in contact with them and see who's interested or not in our service. I also like that it simplifies communicating with my clients and makes it easy to know who's interested, which helps improve my contact rate. The ability to tag people based on their interest and call them immediately if they show interest is a great feature. Plus, the initial setup was easy for me. What do you dislike about Smarter Contact?

The phone system could be improved. Also, the notes feature needs work because when I write notes, they get all jumbled up together. It would be better if notes could be separated by sentences or summaries, maybe using bullet points or lines for better organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
