"Can't imagine a day without using SmartDraw - personally and professionally"

What do you like best about SmartDraw?

SmartDraw has many templates and symbols to help me create content that’s easy to comprehend at-a-glance and adds a wow factor to my presentations. I also use it to brainstorm ideas, organize projects, collaborate with colleagues, and coordinate team meetings using project charts and mind maps. The customer service is exemplary. I receive the help I need from a person rather than digging for answers online. Vanessa is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

I use SmartDraw for so many things that it is challenging to find a feature or functionality that I dislike. If I had to wish for a new capability . . . . it would be the ability to have real-time collaboration. I was told that they’re working on it, which is exciting! What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartDraw enables me to articulate complex ideas to my direct team and those throughout the organization. A SmartDraw diagram goes a long way, whether through simple email communications, slide decks, or MS Teams messages and announcements. SmartDraw makes both my work and personal life easier.
