What do you like best about SmartDraw?

The templates are complete enough to know which app to choose each time. It has an easy-to-use feel and intuitively knows what to do next. SmartDraw is a time saver compared to other programs I have used in the past. Plus, the customer service is the best I have ever engaged with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

There is a short learning curve as your first use SmartDraw. This product does not copy others, so its features are not in the same place as other products. You may need to look for components as they are now in a new home in the software. But one call to customer service, and you'll be able to get your questions answered, and it will all make sense. What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?

Designing Org Charts and Decision Trees. We relied on software built for technically knowledgeable persons in the past, and time was not an issue. Nowadays, we need to change our charts almost weekly and need a product that is easy to learn, easy to use, and would allow us to finish tasks quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
