"Easy, Few Clicks to Make Diagrams"

What do you like best about SmartDraw?

Flowcharts and mindmaps are ridiculously easy to make with SmartDraw- no dragging and dropping and adjusting lines & shapes to be perfectly centered/aligned with each other, just use the automation and the program knows to add the exact amount of space and alignment to make a very clear and understandable diagram. What do you dislike about SmartDraw?

I use SmartDraw mostly on my desktop computer for more screen space. I wish I could drag my diagram left/right/up/down by holding my right mouse button inside the work area, instead of using the scroll bars on the sides. Sometimes the scroll bars are hard to see on my screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartDraw helps me create clarity with my teams at work and doesn't cost me hours of time to do so. My diagrams are mostly flowcharts to communicate user experience steps for product development- I'm mostly trying to communicate this to my UX Designers, but it also helps create clarity for my Engineering Team when it comes to the development part of the product lifecycle.
