What do you like best about SmartDollar?

SmartDollar is easy to use and has very helpful and motivating videos to keep me engaged. The product was easier to roll-out than anything I've ever rolled out (and I used to be a manager for software implementation). The customer service is incredible. And even more importantly, our people have had over a $5 million turnaround! I like it because it works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDollar?

I wish I could reset some of the debt and savings tools. I've used my account so many times for demonstration purposes that I no longer how much I've personally paid off and saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartDollar solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartDollar allows us to live our values by providing a tool that promotes individual potential and well-being. It provides sound financial education without trying to sell our employees on other products. While the financial principles are sound and simple, the SmartDollar tool is an innovative way to deliver solutions to our employees and our students.

I know first-hand that when people aren't worried about their finances, they can focus on their jobs and are more productive. When our employees' finances are in order, they have more options about the work they choose.
