What do you like best about SmartDollar?

Caleb is a great asset to help me keep my employees engaged. His customer support is fabulous. I love that Caleb cares about me and our business. The employer dashboard is easy to use and our employees enjoy the product/the change it is making in their lives. It was easy to implement into the office and tracking employee usage is easy (you do not see their "data", you only see where employees are active in Smart Dollar). We love to see our employees are frequently using the program. The marketing materials provided by Smart Dollar are easy to integrate into communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartDollar?

We love Smart Dollar! We have nothing that we do not like. We love all the "added value items, like Momma Bear legal. Great for our young new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartDollar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smart Dollar is helping our employees keep their finances in order. This helps our employees with their work life balance. Our employees are not worried about finances because they have a plan in place through Smart Dollar. We have also seen an increase employee contributions to the 401K since implementation.
