We are a smaller organization without dedicated, expert resources to put against our CRM efforts. We cycled through some of the better-known platforms but found they were not a great fit for where we are as an organization, either because they were not economical or their customer service was terrible. SmartDesk has been perfect for us in both regards. The pricing scale sup and down with our usage, but we maintain full functionality. And personal help is always available when we need it. SmartDesk has an aggressive product roadmap, and some of the functionality we would like has not been available yet. But even over the short time we have worked with them, we have seen platform improvements. It is great to know that SmartDesk will continue to evolve with our business.
