The onboarding process felt systematic and well supported by clear documentation. As a result, our clerical staff were able to get up to speed on the essential archiving procedures quickly, without running into any technological hassles. The platform’s UI is set up to make logging extremely fast, bringing key details—such as the docket number, court bench, and assigned advocate—together on a user-friendly Case Summary page that doesn’t require extra clicks.
Performance has also been excellent, with instant access to archived petitions and documents and no noticeable delays. With the native integration with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and our scanner machine, we can submit incoming notices and create official transmittal memoranda without having to go through manual steps. On top of that, the automation features and intelligent barcode sorting help route pages to the correct docket by automatically reading the cover sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With its many specialized legal tabs, litigation intake screens, and financial accounting functions, the interface can take some time to learn, especially for less-experienced data entry staff. In institutional environments, the cost model and licensing can also feel burdensome when user roles aren’t clearly defined or consistently managed. Customer support may take extra effort as well, particularly when troubleshooting specialized hardware scanner drivers.
Performance issues are noticeable at times, including occasional lag when rendering large reports or working with high volumes of scanned, high-resolution PDFs. A simpler, dedicated view focused specifically on record indexing would be a helpful improvement, especially for teams that primarily need fast, accurate indexing without navigating the broader set of legal and accounting screens.
