"Calendar and Workflow Automation That Streamline Case Management"

What do you like best about SmartAdvocate?

I'd say the calendar and workflow automation are probably the features that align best with my day to day responsibilities. Being able to quickly see upcoming events, generate notices, and keep everything tied to a specific case can save a lot of manual tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartAdvocate?

I don't like that when I go to assign an attorney to a conference, that when I remove the parties listed it shows them that the appointment was canceled. It should not say canceled. Also, SmartAdvocate is incredibly powerful but can feel overwhelming at first. My firm only use a fraction of its capabilities because setting up workflows and automation requires time and planning. What problems is SmartAdvocate solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartAdvocate helps us keep our cases organized and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. We manage a high volume of personal injury cases, each with multiple deadlines, depositions, court conferences, IMEs, 50-h hearings, and other events. Having everything centralized in one system allows us to track deadlines, manage calendars, store documents, and quickly access case information.

For me specifically, SmartAdvocate has streamlined the scheduling and calendar process. I can coordinate depositions, court appearances, and attorney availability more efficiently, while also keeping everyone updated on changes. It reduces manual tracking, improves communication across our team, and helps ensure we meet court deadlines and client obligations.

Overall, it's made our workflow more efficient, reduced the risk of missed deadlines, and allowed us to handle a larger caseload with greater accuracy and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
