"SmartAdvocate: Fast, Intuitive Case Management to Supercharge Your Firm"

What do you like best about SmartAdvocate?

SmartAdvocate has been a major boon for our case management. Its interface is easy to navigate and presents all relevant details for a case at a glance, and is a quick, reliable, and responsive platform. Our settlements resulting from SA's help have more than made up for our investment into the platform. The knowledge base is thorough and has helped us all to understand the platform better when we have questions, and it also lists all of their (extensive) integrations; we are currently working in more and more as time goes on. SmartAdvocate is also on the cutting edge of case AI management - we've been most pleased with its AI medical timelines! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartAdvocate?

SmartAdvocate has two options: cloud-based and local server-based platforming. We use cloud-based, which is unfortunately limited by our paltry internet speeds. However, this small niggle isn't an issue with their server-based deployment, and is only contingent on our own web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartAdvocate solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartAdvocate is supercharging our case management through organization, tracking, and data input. We are never scrambling to meet deadlines or figure out if demands were served thanks to its task and critical deadline systems. Every document is categorized logically and automatically applied to its pertinent case area, from policy limits to photographic evidence and expert reports. Settlement negotiations are made much less stressful thanks to intelligent negotiation tracking and valuations offered by SA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
