What do you like best about Smart Pricing Table?

This is a really flexible tool. Previously, quoting with custom spreadsheets and google docs was a pain: lack of consistency for our team, unclear to the client, hard to replicate and monitor when other team members began quoting. The SPT team has anticipated a lot of the nuance and unique situations that marketing and creative agencies face. I was able to build price and project structures that fit how we already work. Clients have been responsive and much prefer this to our old way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Pricing Table?

Really nothing consequential to dislike. I've suggested some "nice to have" features and the team has been incredibly responsive -- like next day roll-out responsive. They really want to see agencies have success with a massive pain point of quoting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smart Pricing Table solving and how is that benefiting you?

My time and effort to quote has been cut by 5x at least. And, I'm more consistent with pricing and project structure.
