What do you like best about Smart Pensions?

Over the past couple of years, Smart Pension has made the process of Auto Enrolment and managing staff pensions so simple for a small business like mine, which only has three employees.

It walks you through the whole process, explaining what needs to be done and when. The checklist function is particularly helpful as it appears every time you log in.

It also integrates with our Brightpay payroll software, enabling pension contributions to be uploaded at the touch of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Pensions?

There's not much to dislike about Smart Pension. They have recently introduced a monthly fee of £18.00 per month, but I understand other pension providers are doing the same.

Given the user-friendly system that Smart Pension operates and the fact I know the platform so well now, it seems pretty pointless looking for a new provider that might save me a couple of pounds a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for a system to handle your pension and auto enrolment obligations, I would highly recommend Smart Pensions.

We are solving the problems facing a small business of administering our statutory auto enrolment and pensions, which can be quite daunting for small businesses, which have so many other things to deal with.
