I like how easy Smart Factory Suite makes the job. Even without a lot of lean engineers or process lean people around, with the correct discipline onsite and people's proper behavior, it does the job for you. It helps in seeing the impact of smaller stoppages around the line, not just the big ones. The smaller things, like losing a couple of minutes every hour, are usually invisible, but the suite brings them to light, enabling us to correct issues quickly. I'm dealing with occasional spikes of data that disrupt the production line. It looks great on a smart board, showing extra data we haven't run, but it can mess up the day's data for that line and other parts of the factory.
