The implementation of Shoplogix's real-time industrial monitoring and control solution allowed overcoming unique challenges related to change and knowledge. The experience gained over approximately 9 years with Shoplogix provided highly relevant lessons learned, notably the close and assertive support from the project management team and the involvement of the manufacturing areas and maintenance team. Another major achievement was the technical training for factory operators and their interaction with the Shoplogix platform, with the ease of use being important. The experience also provided important advice on the communication model, to make it more effective and assertive, being one of the determining factors in the platform's success.
