the team was great. we moved very quickly from an intro call to several iterations on the script to draft and then finished product in 5 weeks. Agile approach - every review was focused around a version of the deliverable, which kept everyone on point as to both the messaging and visuals. They refactored our initial script to tell our story much more concisely and effectively. They were very accommodating on changes we needed throughout the process, and worked through them quickly.
