"Fast PDF Management with Smart AI Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Smallpdf?

I like that Smallpdf keeps PDF work simple. Everything is easy to find, the interface is clean, and I can do most PDF tasks in my browser without installing anything. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I often prepare diet plans, nutrition guides, patient education material, clinic records, presentations, and other health education content. Since I work with PDF files regularly, I need tools that help me finish my work quickly. I mostly use PDF Compress before uploading or sending larger files. PDF to Word helps when I need to update an older document instead of creating it again. Merge PDF and Split PDF are useful because I often need to combine different documents or keep only the pages I need. OCR is also helpful when I receive scanned PDFs that need to become editable.

The AI tools have also been very useful. AI Summary quickly gives me the main points from a longer health education PDF, so I can review it faster. Chat with PDF has become one of my favorite features because it makes long documents much easier to work with. When I am reading health education PDFs, research papers, or reference material, I can ask about a specific topic and quickly find the information I need instead of searching through the whole document. I also use the AI PDF Assistant to convert PDFs into Word and other formats, and I like that it brings different PDF tasks together in one place. I also like having tools like PDF to Excel, PDF to PowerPoint, Protect PDF, Extract Pages, and Number Pages available whenever I need them. Overall, Smallpdf has been a reliable tool that makes my PDF work quicker, easier, and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smallpdf?

I would like to see a little more access to the AI features in the free version. I also noticed that larger PDF files can sometimes take a little longer to process. It would also be nice if the free version allowed batch conversion, as converting multiple files at once would save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
