What do you like best about smallest.ai?

I use smallest.ai for deposition logging, legal audio mixing, and court proceeding transcription. Pulse creates highly reliable initial text drafts instantly, which completely removes our production backlog. I like the built-in PII and credit card redaction features that work flawlessly in real time. Sensitive identity details are automatically masked out of the stream as our financial advisors talk, protecting customer data immediately. The automatic PII redaction helps us automatically protect sensitive personal information without requiring manual redaction, saving time and reducing the risk of data exposure. What do you dislike about smallest.ai?

I find the visual reporting interface inside the admin dashboard slightly rigid. Exporting monthly call data by specific regional branch offices requires pulling the raw files via API. The interface could be improved with more customizable dashboards, clearer visualizations, and interactive filters.
