What do you like best about Smallchat?
To begin with...it is pretty much customizable with regards to appearances, notifications, the user data where it get the person's email and username with whom you are chatting with.
Just to add to this, even the auto messaging feature is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Smallchat?
Noticed that I did not get notified when a new person messages me without a warning or a popup. Second, the updates are quite slow, so no frequent updates to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
