Our company was looking for a solution to replace our aging client management and billing software. The goal was to create a unique, easy-to-use, all-encompassing program that would help our associates provide fast, accurate service to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Slingshot?

Slingshot offered the professional expertise we needed, while still maintaining a comfortable, friendly environment we felt at ease with. What do you dislike about Slingshot?

Recommendations to others considering Slingshot:

One thing to remember is to know your own needs - or, at the very least, have a basic idea - because while this team can deliver anything you can imagine, and are experts in their own field(s), they might not necessarily be an expert in yours. We're an insurance company, so there was a good bit of discussion about what we do, and how we do it, in order that the Slingshot folks would have a better understanding of how to build a program that makes sense for our industry's purposes. What problems is Slingshot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once the major project of our client system was complete, the Slingshot team has continued to provide support and insight to how we might better utilize the program.
