Price, Canadian CASL compliance, and an API open enough that we could plan custom integrations instead of being limited to native connectors. We needed a solution that could handle high volume (marketing + transactional, 10,000+ messages/month) without deepening our reliance on our current CRM, since we're actively working to reduce that dependency. Onboarding was quick and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're only a day into using the platform, so it's too early to point to real downsides. The main friction so far has been the normal ramp-up of getting familiar with a new interface and figuring out how it fits into our existing workflow, rather than anything specific to SlickText itself.
