I really appreciate the responsiveness of the founders of SlapMail, especially Laura, who is very attentive and efficient. Additionally, the simplicity of setting up the service is a real advantage thanks to the straightforward onboarding process and ready-to-use templates for Notion. I also appreciate the constant improvements to the product since its launch, with the development of new features. Using SlapMail allows me to automate part of the responses in the context of client projects, centralize feedback, and efficiently manage support tickets. I would like SlapMail to have more built-in intelligence rather than relying on Gmail filters. It would also be good to have more adjustable settings, even if that might compromise the current simplicity and efficiency.
