What do you like best about Slack?

Slack offers real time chat and Collaboration tools which helps teams to connect and shre ideas and work efficiently and communicate with ease.

Slack has user friendly UI that makes it easy to use.

Slack offers easy option to not only chat but connect over video or voice call minimizing the need of a separate tool.

Slack has the capability to integrate cloud tools such as drive and dropbox which makes it easier to transfer data smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Management of notification can hinder with your effectiveness of your work if not carefully managed.

Cost of slack premium capabilities is significant while considering small size Businesses.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack is helping us to create a collaborative environment at work even while some of us work from home. It reduces our dependencies on emails to connect with our peers from other teams. It also reduces dependence on seperate tools for voice or video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
