What do you like best about Slack?

There are so many things! But the best is how it helps organise your day-to-day activities with integrations across multiple platforms. It's a chat, video, audio, productivity, communication, and employee engagement tool all rolled into one simple yet brilliant ecosystem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Not a dislike exactly, but it could be taken as a suggestion. If you could introduce something similar to a mood calculator or an ad hoc poll creation feature like in a few other tools, it would further help in employee connectivity. What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps us bring connectivity and a sense of belonging to the team, especially since we work in a hybrid working style. Communication is not missed at any cost, and a multitude of important decisions can be made immediately without all the stakeholders having to be in the same physical space.
