What do you like best about Slack?

You can create Multiple channels and it is super User Friendly; group chat is one of the best things; you can prioritise and PIN your message so that the team doesn't miss it; the automation that Slack Robot does is so incredible. Moreover, the app is light and can be installed in any E-Device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

I have been using Slack for more than 8 months now, and I don't see a significant dislike, just waiting for more updates and am excited to see the new updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all it Unites the team and it has the ability to add specific group of people into a channel, now this will give you a great space to feel more confidentiality within the work space. I can have a side talk with my peer in reference to the same subject that I am answering to my boss. Which means I can seek help and get support at any point in time.
