What do you like best about Slack?

The best thing about Slack is how it comes so naturally in my everyday routine. I can freely exchange views and thoughts with my colleagues, seek help whenever I need an alternative opinion and exchange information without necessarily scheduling meetings all the time. Another nice feature for me is the possibility of holding a private discussion via direct messaging whenever required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

There is something that I think could be more convenient and that is tracking the messages when you have more than one conversation open at the same time. This could happen because some updates could be lost due to the number of new messages received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack allows me to centralize my team communication and coordination. Slack is where I exchange information related to work with my teammates, ask queries and receive updates from my team members along with the required feedback when needed.
